This is Emoticon Writer in a window full of dummies. The dummies are department store dummies, but the window is a hardware store window. Emoticon Writer is staring at the high-rise where Emoticon Love Interest works, wondering if she even knows he exists. The department store dummies are watching paint dry across the street and wondering what happened to the number eleven.
