Emoticon Writer, No. 8
This is Emoticon Writer’s typewriter. He uses it whenever the need to type quickly is outweighed by the desire to look cool. Emoticon Writer also uses his typewriter when his eyes threaten to drop out, or when the Prius-esqe silence of his laptop’s keyboard becomes sufficiently insufferable to leave the safety of copy-paste and spellcheck.
I've written on a typewriter enough to say that the change of pace it affords is gloriously helpful for pacing out descriptive prose.
